At Mozzie, we want you to be happy with your order. If you’ve changed your mind or selected the wrong size, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the requirements below are met.Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return:Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.Items must have all original tags and packaging attached and intact.Items must not have any marks, stains, odours, pet hair or other signs of wear.Sale items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where stated on the product listing.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be sent using Australia Post with tracking, via a Parcel Locker or other tracked Australia Post service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so please retain your tracking information until your return has been processed.Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets our return requirements.Refunds
Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded to the original payment method.Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Mozzie.Please allow 5 business days after your return has been received and approved for your refund to be processed.Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at:mozzieclothing@outlook.com Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.These issues will be assessed in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Mozzie will provide an appropriate remedy and may cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
